chore(release): 0.2.1 — 版本号递增便于分辨浏览器缓存

Browse Source 
版本显示链路: pyproject.toml -> /api/app-info -> 布局/登录页「当前版本 vX」
部署新版后若页面仍显示 v0.2.0 即为浏览器缓存旧前端, 硬刷新即可
